Refund Policy

Effective date: August 14, 2026

Our products are digital and supplied immediately after payment. Because digital files cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final once download access is provided, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Duplicate or technical purchases

If you purchased the same product twice, received a damaged file or cannot access a download, contact us within 14 days. We will first provide replacement access or technical assistance and issue an appropriate refund where the problem cannot be resolved.

EU/UK digital content

Where applicable, checkout may request express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledgement that the statutory cancellation right is lost once supply begins. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
